1) Early morning
- 1 cup of herbal tea (kadha)
- 5-6 Almonds and walnut
2) Breakfast
- 2-3 eggs omelet mix with a lot of veggies Or
- 2-3 oats chilla mix with a lot of veggies
- Any one fruits like (papaya, guava, Apple, berries,avacado, orange,mosambi)
- After a 10-15min glass of coconut water
3) Mid-morning
- 50ml fresh amla juice
- 5-6 pieces dry fruits
4) Lunch
- 1-2 multigrain roti Or
- 1-2 Ragi roti Or
- 1-2 Jowar roti Or
- 1-2 Bajra roti
- 1 bowl of green veggies (veg)
- 1 bowl of non-vegetarian veggies (non-veg)
- 1 bowl of curd (no salt)
- 1 bowl of salad like (cucumber, Tomato, reddish, etc)
- After 30min have a glass of Nimbu Pani without sugar (for sweetener you can useStevia)
5) Snacks
- 1 cup of herbal tea
- 15-20 pieces of peanuts Or
- 15-20 pieces of ChanaOr
- 1-2 spoon of flaxseed
6) Dinner
- 1 bowl of soup of your choice (like green soup, exotic soup, chicken soup, Tomato soup etc)
- Any 1 – 2 form of starter mixed with veggies (like tofu,soya, Panner, chicken etc)
7) After 2 hours of dinner
100ml of turmeric milk mix with some kesar,elachi,badam.
Important things to be remembered in every day routine:
1) 10k steps is compulsory in entire day
2) 2-3 days strength training is very important for toning your muscles
3) 3-4 litres of water need to be drink in entire day
4) 7-9 hours of sound sleep is very important
5) Before bed time do 5-10min of meditation.
