Why did you choose to become a content creator? What were you doing before this?
I highly believe in being independent and honestly I’d want teenagers today to be who they are and understand how insecurities are normal. One way to that was being a content creator where I share my space with theirs by being who I am. I started this journey at a very young age only to inspire people to become a version of themselves even if it’s on social media. I’ve been studying all along and even though sometimes it gets tiring, the thrill is just the right emotion I get every time I shoot.
How has your style evolved over the years?
When I look back, my style was like a naive girl with no idea of where she was. Today, I make that little girl proud by involving myself in different ideas of styling, and accessorising that I never thought I would.
What defines your signature look?
I’m a lady who smiles my heart out. One of my signature looks is straight hair, a pretty casual fit, a heavy bag, and basic makeup with a good classic nude lipstick.
What’s that one indispensable item always in your bag?
I honestly cannot choose one, but my main item would be Benetint and my roses vanilla ittar.
Where do you draw fashion inspiration from?
I’ve been wonderstruck with Pinterest since I was a little child, the way fashion has advanced itself without any judgments and its aesthetics is more than just beautiful.
What philosophy guides your life?
Change is the only constant. This is one line my best friend got me stuck to for a while now and I use it in my real and reel life both.
Do you feel social media has encroached upon your personal space, becoming overwhelming?
Sometimes, it honestly does. There are times I would break down with what people have to say about me on social media hitting my insecurities which would want me to disappear for a while but eventually it has become a reason to work harder now.
How do the latest trends influence your style and wardrobe?
I’m a shopaholic, I cannot stop once I start. Talking about the latest trends, I’ve over-shopped way more than required only to try new ideas with what people are doing on social media. With disadvantages, comes advantages so I’m glad even with the over shopping I can restyle these pieces more than 10 times because that’s what social media is all about today.
If you had to define your style in a word, what would it be?
If I had to choose between all of the above, I’m highly a fashion-forward girl with a heart of an Indian.
