Dark elbows and knees happen because of rough and dry skin and lack of moisturization. Follow these tips regularly for a month and you will notice the difference. It will also soften the hard skin.
- Mix sugar and lemon juice. Scrub your elbow and knees with it. Rinse off after 15 mins. You can also use lime juice or orange juice instead of lemon juice.
- Mix 1 tsp coconut oil with a half tsp lime juice. Leave for 15 mins. Soak towel in warm water and wash it with it.
